Heat the oil in a small saucepan on a medium heat. Sauté the pork and ginger. Once the pork changes colour, add the rest of the ingredients except the rice. Cook, stirring with a spatula, until the liquid has almost evaporated. Combine with the rice. Make the onigiri according to the instructions.
