Ingredients

  • 1 handful greens, such as beetroot (beet) leaves, spinach, turnip leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

Roughly chop the greens. In a small saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the greens. Season with the salt, then remove from the heat. Combine the salmon with the greens, sesame seeds and rice. Make the onigiri according to the instructions.
