  • 5 g ( oz) powdered gelatine + 2 tablespoons water

Method

Combine the gelatine and water in a small bowl and set aside. Heat the milk and sugar on a low heat in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Just before it comes to the boil, remove from the heat, add the gelatine and stir to dissolve completely. Pour the mixture into your chosen glasses. (This quantity is enough for small glasses – if you would like to make larger puddings, double the qu
