  • 50 g ( oz) muscovado (dark brown) sugar
  • 20 g (¾


Place both sugars and the water in a small saucepan on a low heat. Once the sugars have completely dissolved, remove from the heat and add the honey. Let the mixture cool completely. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce into each glass. Sprinkle with a little shredded ginger.
