This unique mixture makes an interesting dip when served with pita chips. Try it as a flavorful topping to jazz up grilled chicken or plain fish. It’s full-flavored, so the relish works well with bold seafood such as grilled sockeye salmon.

Method

Combine black and green olives, onion, capers, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, and vinegar in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Add tomatoes; pulse until evenly blended.
