Bacon-and-Basil-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

I can’t help planting more cherry tomato plants than my family can actually use. It’s just too tempting to have a few varieties because they can be harvested early and constantly. Stuff them with this flavorful BLT-inspired filling for something special. If the cherry tomatoes are large, cut them in half so each one can be eaten in one bite.
