Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches are delightful summer treats, but this deconstructed version is a bit healthier because it includes more lettuce and less bread.
Prepare Herbed Buttermilk Dressing; cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Break into pieces, or leave whole.
Remove crusts from bread and cut into triangles. Toast in a toaster oven until golden brown. (If using a regular toaster, leave whole and then cut.)
Arrange lettuce and tomatoes
