This recipe makes more than enough vinaigrette to marinate the tomatoes, cucumber, and other ingredients. You can level up this side salad to an entrée by serving it over a pile of salad greens and adding a few cups of shredded chicken.
To make vinaigrette, combine oregano, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk in olive oil.
Stir in tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives. If the feta is cut into large cubes, gently stir it into the mixture. If the feta is crumbled, sprinkle it on top of the salad.
