Tuna Sashimi Rolls Tumon-Style

One of our special pleasures, when we lived on Guam, was to relax after the day’s work and meet our friends in a gathering place in one of the island’s luxury hotels overlooking Tumon Bay. The significant attraction was a “sundowner”; not a drink, but the Pacific preoccupation of witnessing the evanescent green flash; said to occur as the giant orange globe disappears below the horizon of the ocean.
