Method

  1. Dissolve 1 packet of lime gelatin in 1 cup of hot water. Chill the mixture until it just begins to thicken but not set. Pour the liquid gelatin in a thin layer onto a large, silver buffet tray. Refrigerate the lined tray to set the gelatin and for use in Step 3, Avocado Sea Foam.
