  • About

Davidson plum (Davidsonia pruriens) is a large, very sour, deep-red-to-blue-black fruit that, with the addition of sufficient sugar, makes flavorful jams, jellies and sauces. Because of their acidity, the plums are also used as a vinegar substitute in salad dressings. As game, the flavor of ’roo meat benefits from this rich, fruity sauce of plums and port.
