Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Line the bottom of 2-9 X 1½-inch, round cake pans with circles of waxed paper, cut to fit.
  2. Sift the first 4 (dry) ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Set aside for use in Step 5.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, c
