Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated horseradish
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

Melt butter in double boiler. Add horseradish, sour cream and flour and stir well to avoid lumps. Bring to boiling point and cook until thick. Add vinegar or lemon juice, salt and sugar. Serve hot or cold.
