  • Broiling chickens
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 tables

Method

Cut chickens at joints. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour, dip in egg mixed with water, then in bread crumbs Brown in butter. Add the cream and roast covered for about 1 hour at 350°.
