Smothered Stuffed Chicken

Nadziewane Kurczątko Duszone


  • 1 broiling chicken
  • 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and popper


  • Chicken liver, chopped


To make stuffing, fry chopped liver in butter. Add dill and bread crumbs. Rub inside of chicken with salt. Stuff chicken. Place in earthenware casserole, sprinkle with salt and cover with butter. Cook under cover at 350° until tender.
