Young Chicken in Dill Sauce

Kurczęta z Sosem Koperkowym


  • 1 broiler, quartered
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green dill


Smother the chicken in butter and water until tender. Season to taste. When done, add the cream mixed with flour, the lemon juice and dill. Bring to a boil. Serve on a bed of rice or with cauliflower covered with buttered crumbs.
