Ingredients

  • 1 soup chicken
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 egg

Method

Cook chicken as above. Cool and remove from bones. Chop meat fine or run through meat grinder. Add egg, chives, and seasoning. Form into cutlets in the palm of your hand and fry quickly in butter until light brown.
