Baked Pike

• 1 pike—salt—onion
• 1 cup white wine
• ½ cup

Salt fish, cover with onion slices and let stand at least one hour. Place in roasting pan and cover with cream, wine and lemon juice. Baste frequently. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
