Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup meat stock
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Dash of pepper

Method

Melt butter, add flour and seasoning, stirring until well mixed. Add hot milk slowly, beat thoroughly. Add meat stock and continue beating until well mixed.
