Horseradish Sauce

Sos Chrzanowy

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • Juice of ½ lemon or
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ cup vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated horseradish

Method

Brown flour in butter, add vegetable stock, horseradish, and lemon juice. Bring to boiling point, add parsley. Serve hot.
