Majonez, 3ci Sposób

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 ½ cups cold veal or fish stock
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine

Method

Beat egg yolks and salt. Add salad oil drop by drop. Beat well. Add lemon juice. Gradually add gelatine dissolved in stock.
