Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 horseradish roots
  • Sugar to taste
  • Tarragon vinegar

Method

Grate the horseradish. Set in warm place and let stand one hour. Put in jar, cover with vinegar. Add sugar. The horseradish with vinegar will keep a long time if sugar is omitted.
