Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated horseradish root
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

Scrape and grate horseradish root and let stand one hour. Add cream and sugar and mix well. Add vinegar or lemon juice. Serve with fish, boiled beef or ham.
