Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 5 egg yolks

Method

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and lemon colored. Add wine and mix thoroughly. Place over very low flame and continue beating until thick. Serve with hot desserts.
