Kohlrabi

Ingredients

  • 6 kohlrabi
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method

Use only tender young vegetables. Peel and cut into thin slices or dice. Cook in water with 1 tablespoon butter, salt and sugar, until tender. Heat butter, blend in flour and add cream. Mix with kohlrabi and serve at once.
