Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes, hot
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup

Method

Beat egg yolks with potatoes. Season and add sour cream and diced ham. Beat egg whites and fold into potatoes. Place in buttered casserole, dot with butter and bake for half hour at 350°.
