Escalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method

Scald potatoes and drain. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add cream and onion to potatoes, season, sprinkle top with paprika and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
