• 3 cups cold mashed potatoes
• 4 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped onion
• ⅔ cup milk
• Salt and pepper

Combine the ingredients. Drop from spoon on hot griddle and shape into cakes. Fry on both sides to a golden brown.
