Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • ½ cup mayo

Method

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Peel and dice. While still warm, add mayonnaise and allow to chill thoroughly in refrigerator. To the chilled potatoes, qdd peeled and diced apple and remaining ingredients. Chill before serving.
