Prepare mushrooms as above. Break eggs into a bowl and mix with fork and add seasoning. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet and add the eggs, mixing with spoon. Let them cook over very low heat, always stirring the eggs to keep them creamy and free from lumps. When they come to the point of forming a cream, gradually add the rest of the butter and the cream. Last add mushrooms, mix lightly and serve bordered with mashed potatoes.
