  • 1 cup cooked prunes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Soak prunes over night. Cook with sugar and lemon juice. When cool, remove stones and fill pierogi. Serve with bread crumbs browned in melted butter.
