• 1 lb. dry cottage cheese
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• Grated lemon rind
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup raisins

Press cheese through strainer. Mix with egg yolks, butter, sugar, lemon rind, vanilla and raisins. Spread on dough.
