Chruścik

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 jigger rum
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method

Add salt to eggs and beat until thick and lemon-colored. Add sugar, butter and rum and continue to beat. Fold in flour and knead until the dough blisters. Proceed to cut and fry as above.
