Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract

Method

Beat eggs with salt. Add sugar, cream, butter and flavoring. Add flour, mix well and turn out on floured board. Knead until smooth and firm. Proceed to cut and fry as "chrust."
