Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • ¼ cup almonds, chopped fine
  • 6 egg yolks

Method

Cream butter. Sift flour, sugar and salt. Add alternately one egg yolk and a little flour until all has been used. Add almonds. Bake in a 17 x 11 pan for 30 minutes at 350°
