Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 ozs. baking chocolate

Method

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten egg yolks. Add chocolate, vanilla and bread crumbs. Fold in egg whites. Mix well and spread one-half inch thickness on buttered and bread crumb dusted pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave in oven for 10 minutes.
