Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 12 cooked egg yolks
  • ½ lb. almonds, chopped
  • 8 ozs. baking chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Rub cooked yolks through sieve. Beat egg with sugar. Add melted chocolate and egg yolks. Add vanilla and chopped almonds and spread on baked pastry.
