  • 1 lb. almonds, chopped
  • ½ cup honey
  • cup

Method

Carmelize sugar, add honey, butter and simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Add almonds and cook 10 minutes. Line dish with waxed paper and drop by spoonfuls. Set in cold place to harden.
