  • 8 egg yolks
  • ½ lb. milk chocolate
  • ½ cup sugar

Method

Melt chocolate. While it is melting, beat eggs and add sugar. Blend in chocolate. Add almonds and flour. Mix lightly. Mold with cookie press on buttered baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes in 325° oven.
