Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cups flour
  • 1 jigger rum

Method

Beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Add flour and melted butter. Add rum. Fill buttered small cup cake tins about one-fourth full. Sprinkle with sugar and slivered almonds. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
