Ingredients

  • 3 cups juicy, ripe peaches,
  • ½ cup honey sliced
  • Jigger of rum

Method

Mix honey and rum together and pour over peaches. Chill thoroughly before serving. When ready to serve pour a little extra rum in another bowl and light it before it reaches the table. Ladle burning rum on cold fruit.
