This moist, boiled fruit cake is one of Ann’s favourite pineapple recipes. She bakes it every Christmas to include in a basket of seasonal goodies for her family. The recipe comes from a book produced in 1975 to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of New South Wales.
