For years I have been trying to come up with a good recipe for a diet cheesecake. This one is my best shot. It has a few tricks: for instance, nobody likes the taste of artificial sweeteners, but lime zest and juice can hide it really well. The texture (and taste) of light cream cheese also leave something to be desired, but mixed with cinnamon and nuts it is really good! Try it and thank me later.
