Parmesan and Ricotta Cheesecake

I confess that I don’t really understand cheesecake as a dessert - not that I dislike it, it just doesn’t fill me with the same joy that others seem to get. A savoury cheesecake, on the other hand, is something that I can really get behind. As well as making a first-class lunch with a salad it also makes a different and exciting end to a meal, a cheese course in a different form.
