South African Cheesecake

This type of biscuit-based, baked cheesecake is a staple in Sydney’s Jewish community at Shavuot, introduced by the many wonderful cooks from South Africa who now call Australia home. This one is from our friend Dorryce Rock who is well known for this super creamy, light and irresistible cheesecake. It is now one of the Monday Morning Cooking Club’s most popular recipes.
