Our mushroom stock is the base for many of our darker winter sauces and soups. It is also excellent enjoyed on its own as bouillon (broth) with fresh sliced enoki mushrooms. Keep leftover mushroom bases and stems in the refrigerator airtight for up to five days and remember to remove all dirt before getting started. This will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
