This drink is an obvious nod to the Shirley Temple. It features Manzanilla sherry, a light, dry fino from the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, which lends toasty, nutty, oxidized notes to the drink. The cherry sweetness comes from both the Luxardo maraschino liqueur and their highly acclaimed authentic maraschino cherries.
