I used “sultana” grapes from my local store, which stocks Turkish food, but you can use any seedless white/green grapes. I keep a jar of these in my pantry and sling them on salads.

Ingredients

  • cup [150 ml] white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp superfine sugar

Method

Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, and water together in a medium saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved, then remove from the heat and let it cool. Put the grapes in a sterilized 1-pt [480-ml
