  • ¾ cup [100 g] macadamia nuts
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds

Method

Dry-roast the nuts and seeds in separate batches in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Let cool, then blitz with the za’atar and mint using a food processor or mortar and pestle until crumbly. Salt to taste.
