Of course, you can buy soy yogurt in most places now, but if you want to try making your own, here is a recipe. You will need to buy a starter soy yogurt, however.
Shake the soy milk carton and pour it into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until lukewarm, then let it cool to between 100°F and 120°F [40°C and 50°C]. Whisk in the salt and agar-agar or ground linseed, to thicken.
Then add the soy yogurt, stir it in and leave it either in a covered pan in a warm place—an airing cupboard or a slow oven—or in a yogurt maker for 6 to 8 hours or o
